This policy explains what information the mobile game Rise to Riches: Money Tycoon (the "Game", Android package com.vindictive.risetoriches) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Game is published by Vindictive Games ("we", "us").

Summary

• The Game has no accounts of its own. It can sign you in to Google Play Games to keep a cloud copy of your progress. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos.
• Your game progress is saved on your device and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, in your Google Play Games account.
• The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as described below.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Information stored on your device

Your progress (cash, businesses, items, settings and similar game data) is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to us. If your device's Android backup is turned on, Android may include this data in your personal Google backup, under Google's own terms. Uninstalling the Game, or using "Reset progress" in the Game's Profile screen, deletes this data from your device.

Cloud save (Google Play Games)

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the Game stores a copy of your game progress in your Google Play Games account (Saved Games), so you can continue on another device or after reinstalling. Google Play Games shares your Play Games profile name with the Game so it can show which account the save belongs to. The save is held by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; we do not receive or keep a copy. You can delete the saved game and your Play Games data from the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game offers optional rewarded ads and may show occasional full-screen ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To deliver ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:

• your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID),
• your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
• device information such as model, operating system version and language,
• interactions with ads (for example, views and taps).

Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized. Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown, and can change that choice later from the Game's settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

In-app purchases

Optional purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment details under the Google Privacy Policy. We only receive confirmation of which product was purchased so the Game can deliver it.

Sharing

If you choose to use a "Share" button, the Game opens your device's share menu with a short text you can edit before sending. Nothing is shared unless you complete that action yourself. Links to our social media pages open in your browser or the relevant app, which have their own privacy policies.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and deletion

We do not keep a copy of your game data on our servers. To delete your game data, use "Reset progress" in the Game or uninstall the Game, and delete the cloud copy from Google Play Games if you use it. For data held by Google for advertising or purchases, use your Google account and device settings, or contact Google.

Security

Ad and purchase data is sent by Google's software over encrypted connections. Your game save stays on your device, plus the cloud copy in Google Play Games if you use it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
